We do not accept refunds or change of mind returns for any purchases made through our store.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

As an Australian business, purchases made within the EU are excluded from the 14-day cooling-off period. This means no refunds or change of mind returns are accepted once the purchase is made.
